Some Examples
One of the first productions in theater for Miss Ryan began while she was employed at Mashantucket Pequot
Museum and Research Center, and was a collaboration between MPTN and Trinity Repertory Company. Duties included performing
on stage, producing, casting, etc. A project that began as a festival of plays named "Theater From the Four Directions"
in 2001, directly resulted in two full productions of two plays from that festival which Miss Ryan worked independently on
after leaving the Museum in 2002. This work included the full scale, regular season production of "The Buz'Gem Blues"
at Trinity Repertory Company in 2005 and the National Tour of "Grandchildren of the Buffalo Soldiers" collaborative
between the Penumbra Theatre and Trinity Repertory Company through February of 2006.
